Non-Ferrous Cast Alloys Inc. (NFCA) is a sand cast foundry located in Norton Shores, Michigan. NFCA is known in the industry as the premier foundry supplying the manufacturing world with the highest quality aluminum and brass sand castings. Within the walls of NFCA, you will find the cutting edge technology that helps NFCA surpass our competition. Most importantly, NFCA has 44 years of experience in the foundry industry. Customer Base
Customer diversification has been the build- ing blocks for NFCA. And through this diver- sification, we have built a strong foundation. American foundries have been challenged to compete in the global market. Through these challenges, NFCA has been able to fine tune our foundry process and run more “LEAN” within the standards of typical foundry op- erations. NFCA proudly serves many of the global leaders by providing them with quality aluminum and bronze castings. NFCA serves a diverse combination of industries, including automotive, aerospace, military, petroleum, pump and valve, and heavy truck. NFCA has also been categorized as a preferred supplier within these industries. In addition, NFCA has programs within the recreational vehicle, marine power, and furniture industries. NFCA has prototype capabilities which allow us to help our customer base take programs from the initial prototype phase all the way through final production, giving our custom- ers the ability to place prototype development work and have the confidence to run production all at the same time and all under the same roof at NFCA.
