2017 METALCASTER PROSPECTUS Carley Foundry, Inc.

Frank Carley’s hard work and desire to take risks created the foundation for Carley Foundry today. In 1955, along with his wife and their three young children, Frank started Carley Foundry in the basement of their home. Over the years, through numerous expansions, Carley Foundry has grown to 240,000 square feet and upholds the customer commitment and work ethic established in that basement over 60 years ago. Carley Foundry has progressed from hum- ble beginnings to become a third generation, modern, world class facility, providing mul- tiple casting processes to create a full service foundry to fulfill their customers’ needs. With the third generation comes a new round of exciting growth. In 2016 Carley Foundry opened its new 30,000-sq.-ft. investment cast- ing foundry. “This expansion is necessary to fulfill the increasing demand we are seeing from our customers,” said President/Owner Jordan Carley.

Customer support through engineering ser-

on particularly puzzling casting designs. This provides the facility with great flexibility to adapt to unique customer needs. If cast metal components are a part of your
