U.S. physicians love their pati ents and hate paperwork. Unfortunately, The Physicians Foundati on’s 2016 Survey of America’s Physicians (tma .ti ps/2016PhysicianSurvey) fi nds the paperwork is winning. Sixty- one percent of Texas physicians surveyed say their morale is somewhat or very negati ve, and 51.5 percent say they either oft en or always feel burned out.
