Young people in North Ayrshire want to see more of their peers playing an active part in the decision-making processes that affect them and their communities.
Young people tell us they believe this can happen in every town, that every area should have a youth forum to encourage

debate and discussion, with any barriers to participation being addressed. Young people told us this would make them “feel like their views would be taken into account and their voices heard”, and that “being equal could improve their lives”.
