Claudia has always had a passion for trees in the landscape, the beech tree in particular, their size and grandeur reflecting stoicism and stamina. Qualities one can admire most in the human spirit seems eloquently present in the humble British beech tree. A former student of the Prince’s Drawing School, Fletcher has embraced art in retirement and is Exhibition Secretary of the Bruton Art Society. Passionate about 20th century figurative art, his work is romantic, whimsical and charmingly captures people at leisure.

Judy Hall’s abstract style celebrates space using a limited palette. She enjoys combining acrylics, mixed media and found objects basing her paintings on landscape and kitchenware.
