industry experts poised and ready to evaluate this year’s crop of entries. All categories will be judged live on the day and awards of Gold, Silver and Bronze will be issued for products achieving the required standard. Additionally, trophies will


be awarded to each of the category winners and Supreme Sausage Champion, the latter of which will gain automatic entry into the prestigious Champion of Champions event held later in the year. A further trophy will also be awarded to the competitor deemed to be the Supreme Champion of the day. Terms and conditions
