considered – for newly designed equipment, for example. Previous generations of solutions typically comprised a

separate motor and drive, which had to be mounted, wired, and confi gured on-site by a specialist. By contrast, the LV Titanium comes as a preconfi gured, factory-assembled unit fi t for immediate deployment. This reduces the number of interfaces, shortens commissioning time, and avoids many of the integration challenges that can slow down or derail upgrade projects. The LV Titanium range encompasses frame sizes ranging

from 71 to 160, covering power ratings from 1.1 kW up to 30 kW, with rated speeds reaching up to 4500 rpm. This allows VSM technology to cover facilities such as hospitals, hotels, data centres, and offi ce buildings, where airfl ow and temperature stability are critical, space is often limited, and shutdowns must be avoided at all costs. Cutting installation time and avoiding prolonged downtime are major advantages.

Real world, real results A pump manufacturer in Turkey recently fi tted a 7.5kW pump with an LV Titanium unit. The installation has shown a system effi ciency improvement of 4% at full load operation, rising to 10% at part-load conditions of 30%, compared to an IE3 motor. Based on these initial results and assuming a running time of 8760 hours per year at 100% power with energy costs of €0.21/kWh, the projected annual savings are substantial: 2,589

kWh of energy saved, and 1,295 kg of CO2 emissions avoided.

With an estimated ROI of just 11 months, it’s a compelling real- world business case that proves sustainability and profi tability go hand-in-hand.

Global decarbonisation pressures, combined with rising

temperatures and ever-more-stringent building regulations, are redefi ning expectations around HVAC performance. Operators are under pressure to deliver more comfort, more resilience, and lower carbon footprints, often within existing building infrastructures and budget constraints. In this context, high-effi ciency, easy-to-deploy motor technologies are becoming essential tools. The LV Titanium moves beyond the conventional motor setup, off ering substantial reductions in energy usage and emissions while cutting operating costs without imposing complex installation requirements or lengthy downtime.

"Modern variable- speed motor solutions eff ectively overcome this limitation. By matching motor speed to real-life demand, the effi ciency of HVAC

systems can be transformed."
