TANKS


Sectional tanks find application whenever access to the tank location is restricted or when lar ge capacities are required. One piece storage tan ks only being suitable for capacities of about 6 m3 before handling limitations become dominant.


Sectional tanks comprise bolted panels and a met al bracing system depending upon size. They a re supplied in a palletised form for installation by our trained erectors in the UK or for self-build f or overseas projects.

The unit is designed as a single piece item wit h an internal dividing wall at full height.


One internal section being the wet compartment f or the stored water which is accessed via a lid mount ed lockable manway.


Beyond the internal dividing wall is the dry si de where the booster set is to be positioned.


The internal dividing wall has the inlet and outl et connection within it, the overflow, warning pipe a nd screened spill over weir terminate through the w et side wall to outside and do not therefore normal ly require any additional pipework.


The whole unit is mounted and fixed to a fully welded galvanised steel skid which allows offloading and movement on site by fork lift truck.
