The Postgraduate Certifi cate in Education (PGCE) is a professional teacher training programme which aims to produce teachers of the highest calibre. The School of Education, Theology and Leadership is a successful and expanding school and our latest Ofsted inspection identifi ed us as an ‘outstanding’ provider; the enthusiasm, expertise and professionalism of staff and tuition were recognised, including the support of trainees to develop their capacity to refl ect on and analyse their own practice.
