It’s bustling and exciting, and features an open kitchen with roasted ducks hanging from the ceiling. YOUR MOVE: Crispy chicken salad feels traditional—especially alongside dishes like lobster onion rings and a tuna “porterhouse” steak—but the one at Komodo is tossed tableside for some added flair. A few minutes of artistry and presentation add magic to the meal. HOT SEAT: Eating at a booth? That’s boring. Book a private birds’ nest for the two of you.
