The Junior 4-H team from Cecil County of Reed Ma- son (Rising Sun), Katherine Mentrak (Port Deposit), Nathaniel Smith (Rising Sun) and Jenna Clark (Port Deposit) placed fi rst at the Maryland 4-H Horse Bowl! This is the second year in a row that the Cecil County Junior Horse Bowl team was the state cham- pion and all members of the team placed in the top ten individually.
