2021 EVENTSAFE PLAN
Argentum has committed to instituting a variety of measures aimed at protecting your health and safety at the 2021 Senior Living Executive Conference & Expo in Phoenix.
We will be in touch with and monitoring guidelines and requirements from the CDC, the Phoenix Convention Center, local businesses (for off-site events), and local health departments, to keep attendees safe while attending the conference.
Additionally, we have partnered with Accushield to construct a health safety process utilizing multiple mitigation factors to keep attendees safe. All attendees will be required to acknowledge any personal risk by attending the conference upon registration.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Specific event details around the measures below will be updated on a regular basis and communicated to all attendees, exhibitors, vendors, and speakers. In addition, there will be onsite signage encouraging all participants to abide by any established measures out of respect for the industry, colleagues, and the residents our attendees serve.
• Masking requirements and suggestions • Wellness checks • Booth distancing • Session seating spacing • Antimicrobial sanitization • Hand sanitation stations • Contact-free options • Packaged and/or single-serve meals
We’ll be monitoring this issue continually, so please check
conference.argentum.org/eventsafe for any updates and changes.
