Palais Galliera 75116 Paris
Parisians are generally regarded as being among the most stylish dressers in all of Europe. It is only appropriate, then, that the
very fashionable 16th
arrondissement should be home to Palais Galliera – aka the City of Paris Museum of Fashion. The museum holds plenty of collections in stock, including 18th-century dresses, 19th- century costumes, haute couture and undergarments, but unfortunately there are no permanent exhibitions on display, only temporary ones, with the museum being closed between shows.
