Sue Davies NAME:
How long have you been working in the industry? I started my journey in 2002 after previously being a PA and Admin Manager in the NHS.
What first attracted you to the nail industry?
I was and still can be a nail biter so I used to get my nails done when I could and would often make attempts at DIY nails. At the time I was at home with the kids and thought perhaps I should learn properly and maybe I could earn some money from local school mums. My mum always told me to learn to type which I did but from the age of 11 I’d always wanted to be a beauty therapist so nails took me part way there and allowed me to have a career that I could build on and that I’d always yearned. I hope my mum would be proud as she never got to see my salon.

their own journey in the world of nails. Being an educator with Louella Belle brings a responsibility to ensure our students get the most from their chosen brand and the training that comes with it. For me it’s not just about the course they take but supporting that student afterwards to make sure if they dip in confidence in
