Appendix Sample Facility Planning and Policy Documents for Emergency Preparedness DIETARY SUPPLY LIST
The following food and supplies will be on hand for 100 people for 3 days in the facility in case there is a disaster but the facility is sheltering in place. (Substitutions may be used in some circumstances, but enough food must be kept on hand at all times.)
