PART 2 Ancillary works


1. Works within the Order limits which have been subject to an environmental impact assessment recorded in the environmental statement comprising—


(a) temporary landing places, moorings or other means of accommodating vessels in the construction and/or maintenance of the authorised development;


(b) buoys, beacons, fenders and other navigational warning or ship impact protection works; and


(c) temporary works for the benefit or protection of land or structures affected by the authorised development.


PART 3 Requirements Interpretation


1. In this Part of this Schedule— “AOD” means above ordnance datum; “highway authority” means the local highway authority for the relevant area;


“onshore cable corridor” means the onshore area in which the cables will be located within the Order limits; “stage” means one of the nine stages of the connection works comprised in— (a) Works No. 3B and 3C (using the construction consolidation site at Work No. 4); (b) Works No. 5 to 7A (using the construction consolidation site at Work No. 7B); (c) Works No. 8 to 10A (using the construction consolidation site at Work No. 10B); (d) Works No. 11 to 15(using the construction consolidation site at Work No. 16); (e) Works No. 17 to 23A (using the construction consolidation site at Work No. 23B);
