LyondellBasell has completed the acquisition of the PP compounding assets of Zylog Plastalloys in India, finalising a deal first announced in Novem- ber last year. Zylog has two facilities at Sinnar, Maharashtra state, and Chennai in Tamil Nadu in India. In addition to the existing

product lines offered at these sites, LyondellBasell said that it will also produce its Hostacom glass fibre-reinforced, mineral filled and unfilled coloured grades as well as Hifax high impact thermoplastic olefins.
