Delphy Mushrooms (“Dutch Mushroom School”) organises short courses on the subjects composting and mushroom growing. A unique opportunity to get informed about the latest developments, refreshing your knowledge and get- ting new contacts in the mushroom business. The following courses are executed by Erik Polman and Jan Gielen.


The short courses combine theory and practice and are in- tended for employees of a compost yard or a mushroom farm, self-employed people and farm managers. All aspects of com- posting or growing will be explained in a practical way. During the training we will visit compost yards, suppliers and several mushroom farms. The training is executed in English.
