40 years at the wheel


On 12, 17 and 18 June, ’40 years of entrepreneurship’ was celebrated at Gicom in Biddinghuizen, The Netherlands. Guests were shown around Gicom Composting Systems and Komeco (organic fertilizer) and could enjoy an African ‘braai’ (bbq) and live music at the mobile party pavillion. Komeco is sponsor of the Simply Irresistible tractor pulling team. Gé Groenenboom, allready 40 years in the mushroom industry behind him, kicked the 8000 horsepower, methanol slurping monster into gear and let it roar. Where are those earmuffs when you need ‘m.
