Location

Northampton has lots to offer, from high energy sports to nationally acclaimed music venues and theatres, to stunning rural walks; all located close to campus. The town centre hosts an array of shops from recognised high street brands to independents. The local area also has a number of out-of-town retail parks and shopping villages offering convenient shopping locations throughout the county. Northampton’s market square, which dates back to 1235 and is one of the oldest squares in England, is a focal point for regular outdoor events, hosting music, dance and drama events throughout the year.

Steeped in history, the county of Northamptonshire boasts sweeping gardens and stately homes including Althorp, Holdenby House, Kirby Hall, Boughton House and Rockingham Castle.

Northampton is one of England’s most enterprising towns and is centrally located within easy travelling distance of London, Birmingham and other major centres. We are served by five international airports and excellent road and rail links to all parts of the UK and Europe.
