The facility is over 7,000 square feet of professionally designed space with room to run, jump, swing, climb, row, crawl, lift and flip. In their place you’ll find 1,000-lb tires, 15-foot climbing ropes, gymnastics rings, Olympic barbells and an extensive col- lection of kettle bells.
