DISTRICT 1 — TEXAS PANHANDLE Mare Stolen in Panhandle Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association


(TSCRA) Special Ranger Harold Dempsey reports the theft of a 13-year-old bred mare from property in Dallam County. The mare is registered with the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA). She is an unbranded bay roan with a white star on her forehead and a black mane and tail. She is 14.3-hands high and weighs 1,100 to 1,200 pounds. A re- ward of $10,000 has been offered for her return or informa- tion leading to the mare’s recovery. Anyone with informa- tion is urged to contact Dempsey at 806-356-6101.


DISTRICT 3 — SOUTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA Portable Corral Stolen in Oklahoma Special Ranger Brett Wellden reports the theft of a


portable corral from a business in Logan County. On Oct. 13, a thief or thieves cut the fence at a Guthrie farm equip- ment business to steal a 2016 Diamond W portable corral made with red round tubing, serial no. 16FR1747. The se- rial number is on several front decals that may have been removed; however, the number is also welded into the axle plate on the left side. DISTRICT 5 — EASTERN OKLAHOMA Welder, Trailer and Equipment Stolen in Northeast Oklahoma


Special Ranger John Cummings reports the theft of a


welder, torch, custom trailer and other equipment from a property near Bartlesville sometime after June 25. Stolen was a Lincoln Ranger 250 welder, a Victor torch set, 2 Superior Welding torch bottles, a black Superior Welding 5-by-8-foot custom welding trailer with a metal fl oor, a toolbox, a built-in custom torch stand, white wheels, low profi le tires and a bent right fender. Steers Missing from Murray County Cummings reports that 2 steers have gone missing from


a pasture in Murray County, Okla. The steers, weighing ap- proximately 850 pounds each, have a Bar / V brand high on the left hip. The brand looks similar to the fl ying U brand. If you have information on these missing steers, please call Cummings at 918-342-0888.


DISTRICT 9 — NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS/ SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA Authorities Seeking Information on Wise County Cattle Theft


Special Ranger John Bradshaw and Wise County law


enforcement authorities are seeking information regarding the theft of approximately 10 head of cattle from a Denton rancher around Oct. 1. On Sept. 30, the victim’s son went to the pasture on


County Road 2740 in the northeast area of Wise County, next to Cooke and Denton counties, where he realized the chain and gate were damaged and left unlatched. It was dark at the time, so he couldn’t tell if any cattle were miss- ing from the pasture. The next morning, on Oct. 1, the victim checked the pasture and realized approximately 10 head of cattle were missing. The cattle are Angus with no marks or brands. They


weighed between 400 and 500 pounds each. According to the victim, most of the stolen cattle were bulls, but there might be a few heifers in the group. The victim called the Wise County Sheriff’s Offi ce and


Deputy Zachary Bryden was dispatched to the location of the theft. Wise County Sheriff’s Investigator Jerry DeMoss contacted Bradshaw about the theft. Anyone with information leading to the location of the


stolen cattle or the arrest of a suspect or suspects is urged to call Bradshaw at 940-389-6123.
