Welcome to Home, the luxury property magazine from Hamptons International


It’s no coincidence that since our last edition of Home, the actual size of the magazine has grown, as Hamptons International’s network has continued to expand. Te past year has seen new branch openings and the selective acquisition of hand-picked existing estate agencies that share our strong customer ethos and values. We’re now up to 87 branches, with 33 in London and 54 in the rest of the country – not forgetting our newest branch at KidZania in Westfield London, for all those budding junior estate agents out there! Our network is one of our core strengths and we work closely together between branches and divisions. Tis allows us to expose our properties to a local, national and international audience.


On the following pages, you’ll see some truly stunning properties to buy and rent, both here in the UK and overseas. You’ll also gain an understanding of the sheer range of property we have available. Unlike other estate agents that only focus on one part of the market, our team has the expertise and in-depth local knowledge to sell and let every size and style of property, from studio apartments and new builds to country houses and stunning Mayfair penthouses – and every home in between. Significant numbers of active buyers and tenants register with us every day and our wide network of branches allows us to quickly put people and property together, regardless of location. If you give Hamptons International the opportunity to sell or rent your home, the likelihood is that we’ll already know your buyer or tenant.


We also employ every possible channel to market your property, which includes outstanding online exposure on the two leading portals, Zoopla, Rightmove, as well as many more, to market a property to the greatest number of people. Most of our competitors are restricted to only using one of the two leading property portals. We also use social media and multiple online channels, along with more traditional (yet no-less-effective) marketing routes, such as local and national advertising.


However, the main method by which Hamptons International continues to grow its market share and win awards – we’re delighted to have won Te Sunday Times ‘Large Agency of the Year’ for the fourth year running – is simply through attracting and retaining the very best people in the business.
