Hello and welcome to the November issue of Tomorrow’s Tile & Stone and the final issue of the year.

This is my first issue as Editor, having taken the reins from Rebekah, and I am very excited about this new challenge and look forward to seeing what the future brings for the magazine. I am delighted to bring this editions to you; jam-packed with features, news and the latest product innovations from the forefront of the tiling industry.

We have a special focus on Levelling Compounds, Tile Care & Maintenance, and Training & Education this month. We have expert comment and interesting case studies from the likes of BAL, Topps Tiles and Real Stone and Tile, Kerakoll and more.

We also have a variety of exciting standalone features, including a review of the international tile exhibition, Cersaie, from the Director of Ceramique Internationale; expert advice on kneecare from Redbacks, and a look at a stunning installation from Mapei at London’s Freemasons’Hall.

Elsewhere in the issue, we talk to BAL’s Training Manager, Dave Rowley, for our regular Ten Questions feature. Check out page 32 to find out how Dave got into the tiling industry and why he would invite Freddie Mercury to his dinner party.

I hope you will enjoy my first issue and I look forward to bringing you more exciting news and features in the new year!
