Safety & Health Expo will once again be flying the flag for UK and international OSH professionals at London’s ExCeL from 16-18 June, showcasing the latest in new products and training and bringing together thought leaders from across the industry for an authoritative voice on policy, practice and legislation.
With over 350 leading manufacturers and distributors exhibiting at Safety & Health Expo, together with professional insight from leading bodies, including IOSH, the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, the British Safety Industry Federation, the British Safety Council, the British Occupational Hygiene Society, Safety Groups UK and Access Industries Forum, this event remains a must-attend national show for the industry.

INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIPS In 2014 Safety & Health Expo was co- located with the IOSH Conference for the first time and 2015 will once again see these two powerhouse events run side by side. Leadership in action is the key theme for the IOSH Conference 2015, which will tackle how to recognise, demonstrate and develop good leadership. The conference will feature case studies showcasing exceptional leadership and examples of where it’s had a profound impact.
The keynote at this year’s conference comes from global leadership expert Dr John Izzo who will give an address on ‘Stepping up – how taking personal responsibility changes everything’. In this session he will provide guidelines, tips and steps on becoming
accountable, and share examples that exemplify these concepts along with helping delegates and their teams to be more effective within their workplace.
He said: “I cannot think of an industry where the Stepping Up concept and message of accountability could be a better fit. There is no other industry where being responsible for your tasks and part of the company is more imperative than the occupational safety and health industry.”
It is set to be a bumper year for Safety & Health Expo with not only the IOSH Conference returning but also RoSPA and the BSIF both hosting their prestigious awards at the event.
