HEALTH & SAFETY EVENT 2015


On 24th to 26th March, a record number of health and safety professionals descended on the NEC in Birmingham for the Health & Safety Event. In case you missed out or you feel like reminiscing, we bring you the highlights of this year’s show.


A massive 20% increase in visitors on last year’s show was seen at the first in the series of Health and Safety Events for 2015 which took place in Birmingham on 24th to 26th of March. The Health & Safety Event played host to a diverse range of educational seminars, a record number of exhibitors and provided superb networking opportunities for all attendees.


Event director Tim Else commented: “We are extremely pleased with the number of visitors that attended the event this year. Although it’s only our second year at the NEC, the event has grown considerably and the great feedback we have received indicates that it provides the perfect mix of educational content and exhibitors.”


Neal Stone, acting chief executive of the British Safety Council, added: “What a great experience. I was impressed by the depth and breadth of the products and services exhibited and the calibre of the speakers contributing to the seminar programme. Added to which I got to see a lot of friends and colleagues.”

CEO of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), who currently holds the position of chief executive of The Association for Project Safety. “I attended the final day of the Health and Safety event at the NEC and had a most enjoyable time,” Rob said. “Having been in the health and safety industry for many years it was great to be able to effectively network with the people who I wanted to talk to.
