SOVIBRANT WINS PRESTIGIOUS DESIGN CONTRACT FOR ROYAL GOLF CLUB,

BAHRAIN SoVibrant, one of the UK’s leading independent strategic creative consultancies has secured another contract in a succession of Middle East business wins – the latest being a state-of-the art re-design for the prestigious, award-winning Royal Golf Club, Bahrain.

Partnering Bahrain-based Balmic Contracting Services, SoVibrant has been appointed as the preferred design partner at the Royal Golf Club, Bahrain. This latest contract, which commenced early 2015, involves a phased plan for the re-design and refurbishment of this high quality establishment’s leisure and hospitality facilities, including a new gym and wellness centre, pavilion building, four cafes and restaurants, and a conference suite.

The SoVibrant team has worked collaboratively to deliver a design solution. The scheme, for the interior and exterior terraces of the associated state-of-the-art spaces, also features branding that

differentiates each area for the club’s visitors and members. To help bring the ideas to life for the client, full 3D visualisation images have been produced.

Providing a confident and professional approach Helen Nichol, SoVibrant’s Director of Strategy and Business Transformation, confirmed SoVibrant is making a real impact within the leisure and hospitality industry in the Middle East: “This is our second contract in the Middle East and the result of the development of a business relationship with Bahrain-based Balmic Contracting Services. We are now their preferred design partner. For the Royal Golf Club, Bahrain, we managed to develop a concept early on that captured the essence of what the client wanted to achieve.”

Eric Deladiennee, Director of Food & Beverages Royal Golf Club explains the reason for the team’s appointment: "You have managed to capture what we were looking for and we have struggled to get that from local design teams".

With a whole project value of £2.8m the design contract is worth £150,000 to SoVibrant and is ongoing. The completion target for the refurbishment is summer 2016. Other Middle East contracts completed by SoVibrant include The Royal Maternity Hospital in Bahrain.
