Direct IP-based remote monitoring and diagnostics for optimised service and maintenance support will also demonstrated. Simon Jarvis, Managing Director, WPS said this enhanced feature will build on WPS’ outstanding reputation for service and maintenance:

Beth commented on the way TCFM has embraced equality of employment and true integration into the workplace, recognising that during the 10-year partnership, over 930 disabled people have been placed into employment.

In addition to Gwyneth Evans who was featured in a case study in May 2015, other employees including one who was placed shortly after the start of the partnership shared their experience through a recorded video message.

In 2016, with the re-signing of the partnership being celebrated and featured in the press earlier in the year, TCFM are now well on the way to see the placement of the 1,000th candidate

into the business with Remploy.

Rachel Gardiner, Head of HR, TCFM added: “We’re delighted to have been able to share Beth’s message at our employee conference so that our people could hear first-hand how our partnership agreement with Remploy is transforming the lives of disabled people.

Working with Remploy has seen this group of talented and motivated individuals seize the opportunity to prove themselves as committed, engaged and enthusiastic. They add value both to the teams they work in and the customers they serve, enabling us to continue to deliver a great service to our clients.

We’re now focused on placing our 1,000th candidate through the partnership. Further demonstrating our commitment to enable all people, particularly those with a disability, to find full or part-time, permanent employment with TCFM.“

“The customer benefits of being able to identify issues offsite are substantial,” he explained.

“It means we will be able to identify

specific terminal functions that require maintenance before service issues arise, further refining the reliability and uptime of our equipment and ultimately reducing the overall cost to the client.

“We are committed to investing

in the latest technologies and applications that will help us further our reputation for quality, reliability and service,” he continued. “And because ParkAdvance is fully IP- based, we are able to add new integrated functionality as it becomes available, ‘future proofing’ our systems and giving our customers the competitive advantage.”

The exhibition will mark WPS’ first

public appearance as part of Dynniq, a dynamic, high-tech and innovative company offering integrated mobility and energy solutions and services internationally.
