BBC’S DAN WALKER TO HOST CHSA’S


ANNUAL GOLF DAY The Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association (CHSA) has announced that Dan Walker, presenter of Football Focus, BBC Breakfast and Radio 5 Live’s Afternoon Edition, will host the Awards Dinner at its annual Golf Day.


Taking place at Oulton Hall in Yorkshire on 15th September, The CHSA’s Golf Day has grown to be one of the highlights of the cleaning industry calendar.


And this year, as well as the excitement of the Stableford Pro- Am tournament and the personal challenge of a tough course, there is plenty for non-golfers. The day will kick off with the big break challenge – golfers and non-golfers alike can test their aim, hitting a ball at a huge pane of glass. Non-golfers can take part in a fun hour of golf, with everything from a little light tuition to crazy golf and, of course, there are wonderful spa treatments. Everyone is invited – partners, clients, suppliers, employees.

ACQUISITION Northwood Hygiene Products has successfully completed the purchase of the trade and assets of Freedom Paper Converters Ltd, based in Birmingham.


The acquired asset will now be trading as Freedom Paper Products Ltd (FPP), supplying embossed and laminated conventional toilet rolls as well as kitchen towel to their existing customer base.
