Xeros Machine Xeros Bead Cleaning


Xeros has developed and marketed a revolutionary commercial laundering system that involves the use of water being largely replaced by fully re-usable and recyclable polymer beads.


Compared to conventional washing machines, Xeros systems demand less time, and typically more than 70% less water and only half as much energy and detergent.


In addition to enabling users to reduce costs, improve effi ciency and enhance their “green” credentials, Xeros systems deliver superior cleaning, thanks to the polymer beads’ ability to gently agitate stain and soil from textile surfaces easily.


Users also don’t have to separate most colours, as the beads absorb stray dyes, and have noticed clothes smell fresher and shirts are easier to fi nish, with less touching up required.


As well as this, the gentler cleaning action and lower temperatures mean customers’ clothes stay looking new for longer, keeping clients looking smart and postponing their need to buy replacements.


Finally, the beads can be used for hundreds of washes, without losing their effectiveness.


Zorba Leak Lizard Diversey Care


The TASKI Zorba Leak Lizard from Diversey Care is a super- absorbent disposable barrier strip for containing liquid spills. Covered in a non-woven polymer coating, the design incorporates a patented saturation indicator and distinctive black and yellow appearance to enhance the effi ciency, utility and ease-of-use.


Containing and removing spills and leaks helps ensure busy and productive areas can remain in use when they might otherwise need to be taken out of commission. Water and other liquids are removed quickly to reduce the risk of slips.


The TASKI Zorba Leak Lizard is supplied in a continuous 30m roll that can be separated at 60cm intervals into any required length. The dry strip is laid in position to create a barrier between a wet and dry area. Each 60cm section contains a special polymer material and that can quickly absorb up to two litres of liquid. The strips offer increased effi ciency and are more convenient to use than traditional mopping techniques or paper towels.


A patented red indicator along the full length only becomes visible when the section is fully saturated. Users see immediately when a section of strip should be replaced to ensure the shortest possible time to complete the removal of any liquid.
