A NEW website has been developed for anyone involved in the management and maintenance of buildings with common parts. It helps customers living in flats understand their common responsibilities. The ‘Under one roof’ site gives impartial advice on repairs, legal obligations, how to choose or change your factor as well as how to work with other residents to instruct common repairs.
