ELCOME to the January issue of YourPlace Matters.

I hope you had an enjoyable time over the festive holidays and look forward to what 2017 has in store. Here at YourPlace we are looking at our plans for the year ahead. We’re reviewing our

environmental service to make it work better for you. This is an area that you’ve told us is important to you. Improving customer service is a

key focus for us. We’re reviewing our IT systems and we’re also looking at how we can expand our services. We’re considering offering more tailor-made service to suit our ever-changing customer base. If there are services you would

like to see us offer, please let us know and we can take that into account as we move forward. We always welcome your

feedback, so please keep emailing, writing and calling us.

recruits will get a qualification at the end of the two-year scheme which is part- funded by the Wheatley Foundation. All 45 young people are from one of our partner organisations, including YourPlace and GHA. Liam Quail, 18, from Maryhill, is one of our new apprentices who will be working and learning in YourPlace blocks. He
