Celebrate the 12 days of Christmas with these festive gin cocktails
Ingredients:
• 40ml Brockmans Gin • 10ml Maraschino Liqueur • 10ml Yellow Chartreuse
• 25ml Lemon Juice - Freshly Squeezed
• 15ml Gomme Syrup Method:
Run lemon over the rim of a stemmed coupe glass and upturn over ground
pepper. Pour liquid ingredients into a shaker with ice; add two twists of ground pepper and hard shake. Double strain into the glass.
Garnish: Add a twist of lemon.

Apple Punch
Hot
Ingredients:
• 50ml Brockmans Gin • 25ml Lemon Juice
• Warmed Apple Juice (to suit your taste)
• 1 Stick of Cinnamon Method:
Stir Brockmans and lemon juice in a glass mug and add warmed apple juice.
Garnish: Stick of cinnamon.

Clove
Ingredients:
• 50ml Brockmans Gin • Top with Quality Tonic • Blueberry • Grapefruit • Cloves
Method:
Fill a long glass with large ice cubes and add the gin and tonic water.
Garnish: Garnish with the grapefruit zest and blueberry on a cocktail stick.
Ingredients:
• 40ml Brockmans Gin • 20ml Ruby Port • Top with Ginger Ale
• Grapefruit Method:
Pour over large ice cubes into a short glass.
Garnish: Add grapefruit zest or a grating of nutmeg.
When Ginger Met Ruby
Ingredients:
• 50ml Brockmans Gin • 6 Dashes of Orange Angostura Bitters
• Premium Ginger Beer (warmed) • 1 Cinnamon Stick
Method: Stir ingredients together.
Garnsih:
Add orange zest, studded with cloves, star anise and a stick of cinnamon. Serve in a heat-proof glass mug.
Brockmans Hot Toddy
Winter Bramble
Ingredients:
• 45ml Brockmans Gin • 25ml Lemon Juice • 10ml Balsamic Vinegar • 10ml Ruby Port • 10ml Berry Liqueur
Method:
Fill highball glass with crushed ice. Break thyme and churn into glass. Pour in all ingredients and stir.
Garnsih: Add thyme and dehydrated lemon slice.
