Brockmans Gin
Ingredients:
• 45ml Brockmans Gin • 10ml Zucca Rhubarb Amaro • 3 dashes Rhubarb Bitters • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method:
Stir in mixing glass, Serve over ice in a Collins glass.
Garnish: Twist of orange zest studded with cloves.

Mocha Martini
Ingredients:
• 35ml Brockmans Gin • 15ml Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur • 50ml Fresh Espresso
Method:
Add the gin, chocolate liqueur and a shot of espresso into a shaker of ice and shake vigorously, adding sugar or sugar syrup to taste. Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish:
Chocolate powder and fresh coffee beans.
Brockmans Gin Kir
Ingredients:
• 50ml Brockmans Gin • 15ml White Wine • 50ml Crème de Cassis • 1 Blueberry • 1 Grape • 1 Skewer
Method:
Add ice to a shaker. Pour in all the ingredients and stir until chilled. Strain into a flute glass.
Garnish:
Garnish with a blueberry and a white grape on a skewer.
Ingredients:
• 35ml Brockmans Gin • 35ml Dark Chocolate Liqueur • 25ml Crème de Fraise des Bois
Method: Add all ingredients into a shaker and hard shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish:
Add freshly grated dark chocolate shavings.
Black Forest Gateau
Ingredients:
• 25ml Brockmans Gin • 25ml Blueberry Liqueur • 20ml Rosso Vermouth • 20ml Campari • 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Method:
Build all ingredients in a rock glass over ice. Chill without dilluting too much. Stir and decorate.
Garnish: Add a wedge of orange with edge dipped in cinnamon and two skewered blueberries.
Method:
Shake all ingredients together in an ice-filled cocktail shaker; strain into a tumbler of crushed ice layered with frozen winter-berries then top with a little more crushed ice.
