300 pupils go on the run at Sibford

On 20 November, more than 300 children descended on Sibford for the North Oxfordshire School Sport Partnership Cross Country Primary School Finals. It was a great event with competitors encouraged

2nd overall and so qualify for the Level 3 Oxfordshire Schools Games Final which will be held at Tilsley

Park, Abingdon in March. Special mention goes to Tom who finished 4th overall. There was triumph too for the U11 girls’ team (pictured) who came in 3rd place overall. Thanks to our Year 10 and Year 9 pupils who helped with the event … leading the running and acting as course marshals. We couldn’t have done it without you!
