HOW CAN AI CHI HELP ME?

Ai Chi has been shown to improve Balance (especially for those people who worry about falling) as well as helping with:

Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis

The Aquatherapy Pool is a great place to encourage a child’s development

ITS FUN AND ITS DIFFERENT

Water provides a fun and safe environment which improves body awareness - this helps to increase neuromuscular co-ordination and with the

resistance of the water will improve strength and muscle tone and thereby improve movement.

ITS WARM, ABOUT 35C, AND CALMING

Water is calming and can reduce sudden or impulsive behaviour.

WATER IS BUOYANT AND SUPPORTIVE

Being in water naturally improves head posture which helps with breathing and oral skills.

MOTHER AND BABY TIME

The idea of the Classes is for Mums to bring their Babies and Toddlers to where they will have quality time together and be very close in a delightful and pleasant environment which they will both enjoy.
