Please note if you wish to register for bidding at this sale, leave absentee bids or reserve telephone lines, subject to availability, we must have full details by 4pm on Monday 24th April 2017.


Lindsay Burns & Company execute Absentee Bids as a courtesy service to clients. Whilst every care is taken in processing and executing Absentee Bids, Lindsay Burns & Company, their employees and appointed agents accept no liability in respect of errors made in the processing and/or execution of Absentee Bids or failure to execute any Absentee Bid.


All successful bids are subject to a 20% buyers’ premium plus VAT on the hammer price of each Lot .


Buyers intending to clear purchases without delay are advised to make arrangements for payment before the sale, giving satisfactory bank or other references. Failure to do so may mean collection will be delayed until cheques have cleared.


Please ensure that the Absentee Bid Form is returned to Lindsay Burns & Company offices no later than 10.00am on the date of the relevant sale. In the event that two identical commission bids are received, the bid that was received first will prevail.
