There are points in our lives when we need to stop and give glory to God, to raise our Ebenezer and recognize “Hither, by thy grace we’ve come.” This is one of those times.


A LOOK BACK…In October 2013, a powerful cyclone destroyed the WME Girls’ Home located at Berhampur, India. That Home had stood firm for decades, a strong Christian testimony within a Hindu community. From the very young to teenagers, girls with no family to rely on and nowhere to go turned to this Home and the Christian believers supervising it. Countless children walked through the doors to find refuge from the storms battering their lives.


This time, it was the Home itself which was destroyed by heavy rains and strong winds. WME leaders wisely had evacuated the Home, so not one child was injured. But over 100 girls woke the next day to discover their beloved Home was


After the storm, personal items were spread all around the compound. The children helped in the salvage process.
