he ever-popular Awaken Wellness Fair, our area’s best loved body-mind-spirit green expo, returns to Tarrytown


on Sunday, March 26, in the Grand Ballroom of the Double Tree Hotel, 455 S. Broadway, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. While “expo” is a word associated with such events, this one is a party—no walls separating people, wide open and lots of friendly interaction!


Since 2002, this wellness-focused, educational and ex-


periential event has attracted well over 100 exhibitors to lo- cations throughout the tri-state area. Growing from 42 people at the first event to hundreds of people in recent years, the goal remains constant: educating the public about the variety of wellness services and products that are available today. Over the years, the fair has expanded from one an-


nual event to multiple events in such cities as New York City, Brooklyn, Tarrytown, and Fort Lee, New Jersey. This fair features as its keynote speaker Kacey of WHUD radio, with a talk titled Life Lessons. Her advice? “Smile. Tell the truth. Keep moving forward.” Men and women that are curious about holistic prac-
