The theme for this year’s journal is Abundance, a very appropriate topic during these difficult financial times.
What do we mean by Abundance? The Oxford English dictionary defines abundance as “plentiful” or from the Latin word “abundare” to overflow. Abundance can relate to anything whether it is material things such as money or a more emotional level, to love.
So how do we set out to attract abundance? I believe that it is very much a state of mind. You first need to believe in it, have a positive attitude and most of all desire it.
To believe you must have faith, you must trust that you deserve it and that it will come about. So many people want to be rich but feel that it is not achievable, they are not good enough etc. having these thoughts prevents the universe from fulfilling your desires. The flower, Bell Heather allows consolidation and the strength to stand firm while remaining flexible. It helps to foster trust and faith in the self.
The second step is to be positive, know that all things are possible if you put your mind to it, see the very best in every situation. Start your day with positive thoughts and realise that only you have the power to make it happen. An essence that I am taking at the moment is Spotted Orchid, it enables us to see the beauty and perfection in everything, thus reflecting the beauty and perfection in our true selves.
Finally, if you are to achieve abundance you must want it in your life. It is of no use having faith, being positive but not desiring it. The 4
universe will be aware of your ambivalence and the abundance will not flow. The essence of Apple helps us to integrate our desires and our willpower to realise positively our goals and visions. Other flowers that can help are Balsam, Iona Pennywort and Sea Pink.
Eileen Caddy* suggested that if you are to have all you desire you should not hang onto it but give it out freely with love. A circular pattern will be created and it will all flow back to you. Sea Rocket helps with the flow and fosters the principles of sharing.
Another favourite combination essence amongst our clients is Prosperity. It helps to encourage a sense of inner security and faith in yourself.
It allows you to align with the source of universal limitless supply and manifest your dreams and goals.
