Pharmacy management & leadership Programme is a 6-day course for pharmacist or non-pharmacist managers wishing to advance their skills and knowledge. Ilm level 5 certificate awarded. Venue: Strand house, holywood Road, Belfast. 2017 dates: 6th february, 3rd april, 5th june, 4th September, 6th November, 4th december
Business Skills for Pharmacy is a 2-day programme focussing on key business skills and their interrelationship. It is an ideal course for new Pharmacist/managers or potential managers. (Ilm level 3) Venues/dates: Strand house, holywood Road, Belfast – Part 1: 7th march; Part 2: 25th april (9.30am- 4.30pm)
dealing with difficult Situations is an evening course to help you and your team handle situations effectively, producing better results and reducing the risk of an incident escalating further. Venues/dates: Belfast, 10th january 7.00- 9.30pm; cookstown, 13th march 7.00-9.30pm
working in a Successful team is a 2-part evening programme which will help your team work better together and deliver better results, consistently. Venues/dates: Belfast – Part 1: 31st january; Part 2: 28th february (7.00- 9.30pm)
health & Safety training will incorporate manual handling training and covers the main aspects required to ensure the health, safety and welfare of staff all in 1 day. Venues/dates: Belfast 9th November; Enniskillen 20th february; coleraine 10th may (9.30am-1.00pm)
Emergency first aid at work is a 1 day course covering all the essential skills and knowledge required to be a first aider at work. Includes defibrillator training. Venues/dates: Belfast 24th january; londonderry 27th february; cookstown 20th march (9.30am-4.30pm)
