Prefer being close to work. However, this depends on location and some cases I would prefer an allowance.


Our SFA is £113 a month. The local area is around £1,200 a month for a 1 bed flat. This would force us to live apart.


We have dogs; a high deposit is required in private rentals


I don’t believe local housing markets would be able to cope with the demand causing further stress when posted.


Allows spouses more flexibility and allows family to pick housing they feel is suitable with out CA dictating what you are ENTITLED to
