Not many positives! Negative - price is similar to our mortgage, the housing team never fix or repair jobs properly. It is stressful trying to get things repaired. Energy bills are excessive due to poor insulation. Not getting to choose locations, so sometimes being housed a considerable commute away from the station, excluding you from the facilities provided on station for families.


Positive - we were able to take a short notice posting and move within 3 weeks. Negative - house was unsuitable, too small, insufficient parking, in a noisy area.


In Belgium. Very good quality. Excellent repairs experience.


Positive: Nice area, good maintenance contractors. Negative: distance from spouse work, inconsistent standards of care compared to SFA housing
