Entitlement:


At present, the entitlement to SFA for Other Ranks (OR’s) is based on the number of children and for Officers, is based on their rank. People reported the following with respect to entitlement.


To what extent do you agree that housing should be based on the number of entitled family members, rather than rank? (Please take into account that once children have left school, the entitlement would reduce as the number of entitled family members would have gone down)
