Photographer Robert Radifera has been the official photographer of Shelter for Help in Emergency’s annual Design House fundraiser for the last seven years. Robert has been a professional photographer since 1993, when he graduated from college with a degree in fine arts. In addition to his work as a seasoned wedding and portrait photographer, Robert is an active interior photographer. He has been published in several national, regional and local publications such as Romantic Homes Magazine, Home&Design, Small Room Decorating, Spectacular Homes, and DC Modern Luxury. commitment to the mission of the Shelter for Help in Emergency goes back many years. His wife worked at the Shelter for several years, and in 2006 a very close family friend was violently killed by her husband, reminding Robert that the important work of the Shelter must never end.
