Doug has been a professional driver for Rick has been a professional driver for 34


years, over 13 of those years with Carleton Transport. He has driven over 3 million miles, with over 1 million of those with Carleton. Rick has perfected his job to a science and


always does fantastic paperwork, logs and driving. With a perfect on-time record and the willingness and ability to help newer, less- experienced drivers, Rick is an invaluable asset to Carleton Transport. He is known for his positive attitude and


works with everyone in a true team sense. Te team can always count on Rick to take care of the more difficult tasks the company has to contend with. Congratulations Rick, as the Nebraska

Doug has had only 3 preventable accidents. Doug received the 29-year safe driving award in 2015, and his 4 million mile award in 2014. Doug is a hard working family man,


dedicating his life to trucking. He started at 14 years old driving farm equipment. He is very pleasant to be around and inspires others to stay safe while driving. He has seen many changes in the industry


and always adapts and keeps a smile on his face. Doug is a U.S. Air Force Veteran, thank


you for your service, and has been married to his wife Dixie for 41 years! Congratulations Doug, as the Nebraska

Honorary Driver of the Month: Daniel


Grimshaw of Carleton Transportation Daniel is a recently retired professional


driver who has driven for over 13 years, with the past 5 of those years with Carleton Transport. He has driven 1.7 million miles, with 700,000 of those with Carleton. As a driver, Daniel was an asset to


Carleton, and knew the importance of doing the whole job right, not just driving. Daniel is a true professional, thinking


about his fellow co-workers and takes time to notify them about potential hazards or delays. He completes first class paperwork and logs, making on-time deliveries safely. Daniel is a blood donor to the Red Cross. Congratulations Daniel, on your retirement
