Savour magic March moments at Tudor Park
`M’ is for March, muffins, mojitos and magical moments at Tudor Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club, in Bearsted.
Every day this month will see a different food or drink offer, in addition to the hotel’s a la carte and set menus available in its Conical Restaurant or Zest and Mezzanine bars.
Tuesday evenings from 6pm is the time for tapas in the Mezz bar with a changing menu of three dishes for £10. From homemade Spanish omelette to tiny fish croquettes or steak stuffed with spicy salami, Tapas Tuesday is already proving popular with regulars.
Wednesday is Shepherd’s Pie Day, with
this traditional dish featuring as part of a British-themed buffet in the Conical Restaurant for £12.50 per head.
Still feeling hungry? Then pop back on
Thursdays for a muffin moment. Fluffy muffins with various flavours will be tempting guests in the Mezz bar.
In honour of St Patrick’s Day (March 17), three traditional Irish dishes will be available every Wednesday in March, either in the Zest bar, overlooking the golf course, or in the Mezz. Choose from bangers and colcannon mash, beef and
Guinness stew with dumplings or roast gammon with Irish whiskey sauce (£12.50 each)
Tudor Park will also be launching the
first of its monthly themed afternoon teas on Saturday, March 26. The theme for this one will be `Shamrocks and pie’.
And finally, any day of the month will be perfect for a mojito or two. Tudor Park has designated March as `Mojito Month’ and will be offering this classic cocktail or a strawberry or raspberry version for just £8.
“It’s great to have the chance to
create some food and drink theatre for our guests,” says Tudor Park’s restaurant manager Robin van Leperen. “We can officially say that no two days will be the same here at Tudor Park this month.”
