The Customer Service categories are judged via mystery shopping and the judges in who visited Groves Pharmacy found it to be well laid out, with extremely friendly staff acting as both caring and professional in their capacity.


The shopper concluded that this was a very 'personal' shopping trip, mainly due to the fact that it was quite a small store and felt that she would return to the pharmacy on the basis of the service she received.
