Mindful Self-Compassion groups starting in mid September. These 8 week groups (Tuesday from 12:30 to 2 PM, Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 AM), including a half day Saturday retreat, will help participants learn a variety of formal and informal mindful self-compassion practices.
