Over the last few months, our team has been taking a long, hard look at the way we do things and when we asked a wide range of our customers for their thoughts, they agreed there were areas where we could make some improvements. So we have.


During the 70 years we’ve been in business, much has changed in the UK healthcare sector. Our business has had to evolve with agility to meet the increasing demand for our services. But what hasn’t changed is our commitment to providing first-class customer service to you. Our focus remains firmly on the quality of our service, continuous improvement, and always endeavouring to put our customers first.


We have listened to all the feedback you gave us and have spent the last few months working on the top things you said you’d like us to fix.


You said we do the basics well – and we think we do too. But we are not perfect and we don’t claim to be. It’s the details of each day that really matters – running your business and looking after your patients.


Over the coming months you will see a range of new initiatives from us, aimed at making improvements in these areas. We will be doing things differently.


We hope you agree – it’s a step in the right direction.
